In the golden autumn of October, under clear skies and refreshing air, Guangzhou Komo Chemicals Co., Ltd. celebrated its 30th anniversary. To thank employees for their hard work, enrich their cultural experiences, and strengthen teamwork, the company’s labor union organized a five-day cultural trip to Beijing in two groups, aiming to build stronger team bonds.
Beijing, the capital of China, is not only the nation’s political center but also a city full of history and culture. One of the most unforgettable moments of the trip was watching the solemn flag-raising ceremony at Tiananmen Square. Employees felt proud and excited as they witnessed the national flag being raised. Over the next few days, they visited the Forbidden City, where they admired the grand and mysterious architecture of ancient Chinese palaces; climbed the Great Wall at Badaling, experiencing the brilliance and determination of ancient workers; and toured the ruins of the Old Summer Palace, reflecting on its tragic history. At the Bird’s Nest and Water Cube in the Olympic Park, they experienced the modern and vibrant side of Beijing.
The trip also included a taste of Beijing’s famous foods, such as Peking duck and traditional lamb hotpot, which gave employees a deeper understanding and love for the city.
Guangzhou Komo has always focused on creating a positive corporate culture. While pursuing business success, the company also cares deeply about the well-being and growth of its employees. This trip was more than just a chance to travel—it provided a way for colleagues to communicate, bond, and work better together. After returning, everyone felt refreshed and ready to approach their work with greater passion and energy.
