(hereinafter referred to as "Lianshan Wanlin"). This strategic move marks our company's official entry into the mid-to-high-end ink resin market, injecting new vitality into our future development.
Following the completion of this acquisition, Lianshan Wanlin will become an important part of Komo Group.
