On the afternoon of July 11, 2024, KOMO held the inaugural assembly and first working session of its newly established Quality Management Committee. This gathering included senior management, along with heads of sales, customer service, R&D, procurement, and administrative personnel, as well as production and quality leaders from subsidiary companies.
The formation of the Quality Management Committee emphasizes KOMO's dedicated commitment to rigorous quality management, strengthening the foundation for our zero-defect initiatives and driving the company towards excellence in line with industry standards.
The meeting commenced with Manager Li from the Domestic Sales Department providing a detailed analysis of the current competitive landscape. This was followed by Director Liu of the Quality Committee, who reported on the group's progress towards zero-defect quality management. The session was marked by a dynamic exchange of ideas, as participants eagerly contributed strategies to enhance the company's product quality and market competitiveness.
The event concluded with closing remarks from Chairman Zeng, President Fan, and Executive President Zeng. The meeting was harmoniously wrapped up with the company song, signaling a successful and spirited conclusion to the proceedings.
